Hello aspirant,
For you information, the colleges for medical courses are allotted to the candidate on the basis of All India rank and not on the basis of All India category rank.
But according to your score and previous year cutoffs trend, there is very less probability for you to get admission in government medical college in your category under state quota. Also there are very less chances of getting admission in private medical colleges under state quota. But you can get admission in private dental colleges in your state.
However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
