It will be easier to predict your chances of admission into a government medical college if you could mention your category.With a score of 446 ,considering you are a general candidate and that you belong from Uttar Pradesh ,there seems no possibility of getting a government MBBS seat either through AIQ or through UP state counselling. But you can definitely try for private or management quota seats of your state or some other courses like BDS and Ayush if you wish to .
