hi,
see your scores are quite low and at this score it would be difficult to secure a tier 1 institute for b.sc general. however you should apply for several institute since it is difficult to predict the exact cutoff for each of the institute. I have mentioned some institute name of indore which offer b.sc general:

But i am sorry to say but with 45%, you have very less chances of getting admission in any government college.
