First of all, try to remain calm and do not stress out.

Next, if you are starting your preparation from scratch, I would suggest you to first complete the NCERT syllabus and focus only on the important topics depending on the weightage of topics in the question paper of NEET. Once you are done with this, then start sloving mock test papers, sample papers, previous years question papers. Try to solve as many as you can.
