Hi Ravi,

Firstly let me congratulate you for passing your bachelors degree with 45%. Speaking of admission is JNU, the minimum eligible criteria is 45% to apply for their entrance exam. So you will qualify to apply for admission. The admission is done based on your entrance test score and a merit list will be prepared.
