Here you don't have mentioned your category in your question, so I've given you the possibilities for each and every category according to your obtained marks in both 15% AIQ and 85% Home State quota.

15% AIQ:

For General, EWS and OBC category students, I can assure that it's better to leave the hope for Government BDS colleges in any state through 15% AIQ.

For SC category students belonging to states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Telengana, Himachal Pradesh there's several probability to take admission in Government BDS colleges. If you belong to any category except General category, you have enough possibilities to get admission in any top Government BDS colleges in your residential state.
