Hello,





Well after B.com if you are looking for a job oriented course then MBA will be the right option but since your marks are not soo good in graduation you have less chances of getting in top mba colleges.That leaves you to either go for the college you may get or you can prepare for government exams like ssc and bank po/clerk.
