Hello student,
I am sorry to tell you but you will not fetch a seat with 466 marks if you are from obc category.
For example, last year marks that fetched a seat in obc category under state quota in Bihar was 519 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah. Also this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.
So unluckily, you can not get a seat.
