As you mentioned,that you have secured 468 marks but didn't mentioned your category ;so I'll mention about every category under state quota.
Last year's cutoff of Government Medical College ,srinagar was-
OM-456 marks
SC-366 marks
ST-266 marks
Under open merit ,considering last year's cutoff ,you have chances of getting admission in GMC ,srinagar.
