5 year integrated m.tech course in jntuh is better or b.tech CSE in cbit .which is better?
Dear Aspirant,
JNTUH integrated programme :-
Placements: 1) This year (students graduating 2020), above 80% of students are placed in integrated (IDP) course (roughly the same in 4 year B.Tech course too) and yet few more companies are to visit the campus. 2) The highest salary offered is around 15 LPA by MathWorks. The lowest being around 3.4 LPA by TCS (accurate to my knowledge). On an average, students usually get 5-7 LPA at the campus placements. 3) MathWorks, ION, Teradata, Oracle, TCS Digital, FactSet are few top recruiting companies at my campus (many more on the list). 4) Software Engineer, Software Developer are few top roles usually offered in my course. 5) the highest - 15 LPA the lowest - 3.4 LPA Average - 5 to 7 LPA 6) Around 5-10% students got internship from my integrated (IDP) course, whereas around 20% students from 4 year B.Tech course for internships from companies like UHG. Still more internship offers are yet to come.
Infrastructure: 1) There are good facilities at my department like projector-led classrooms, variety of labs (special labs like cloud computing lab, IoT lab, smart classrooms) all well-equipped and books of all subjects/topics in library (enough in quantity) as well as high-speed campus Wi-Fi. Also, a seminar hall of 100 seating capacity is available for various activities. 2) The quality of food at UG hostel mess is a bit bad, while the canteen food is somewhat better. The University Health Centre in my campus provides all kinds of medical facilities for free of cost. A newly opened Sports Complex includes various sports like badminton courts, swimming pool, Gym, Table Tennis courts and cricket, football, volleyball, basketball grounds also.
Faculty: All the teachers at my department are well qualified, knowledgeable and ready to help students with all kinds of projects, research works, career guidance etc. Many of the professors teach to the world-class teaching standards and encourage students to involve with innovative and entrepreneurial tasks. 2)The course curriculum is a bit troublesome having less time for practical technical skill building, hence less ready for the industry. But the revised curriculum for my junior batches is well enough good to the industry standards, giving ample time to build industry-relevant skills and the course designed much awesome.
CBIT B.Tech :-
Placements: At present, there are 92.6% of placements are there in the college. The highest package in our college is Rs 26 lakhs per annum. The lowest package is Rs 2 lakh per annum. The average package will be Rs 5 lakh per annum. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Tata, etc., visited our college for our course. About 90 per cent got internships from my course in Microsoft, Google, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: There are a Wi-Fi facilities in our college. But jio signal is poor. So, try to choose airtel. They also provide better food, best canteen, better sports and good medical facilities. They also encourage for sports and we also participated in many games against many engineering colleges.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are well qualified and experienced. The quality of teaching was very good. They will train for the industry in second year onwards. Especially, the teachers who teach programming languages are very good. They had completed their PhDs. They have a good lab.
