For General/Unreserved Candidates
50 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 50 percent or above in total)
For OBC/SC/ST
40 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 40 percent or above in total)
For PWD
45 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 45 percent or above in total)

The candidates need to score minimum 50% of aggregate marks in PCB for the unreserved category and 40% of marks for the SC/ST/OBC categories (reserved PH) and 45% of for the unreserved PH category in the NEET exam.
