There is very slight chances of getting government MBBS college through All India Quota.But you can surely get into any of the  government BDS college of your choice.

Haryana is considered among the most competitive states in India, keeping in mind the number of students vs seat ratio.Last year the last score that could earn a government seat in Haryana was 560.

The cutoff changes every year depending upon various factors like the number of candidates,the category of the candidates,the difficulty level of the question paper.

If we take into consideration the previous year cutoff,you do have chances in Haryana under state Quota but you do not have any chances under All India Quota.
