With your score you have less chances of getting into madhya pradesh government medical colleges as last years cutoff was 534+ for general category under 85% quota.
No chances at all india quota as cutoff is usually high around 580+
However the cutoff for private institutions is around 470+ like in chirayu Medical College Bhopal
