Hello aspirant,
Since you haven't mentioned your category, I assume it is general. If we look at the previous year's cut off, the cut off for Government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu was 586 marks, in ESIC colleges, it was 591 marks and for Self-financed medical colleges, it was 530 marks.
So your chances of getting a government seat at this score is quite difficult. However, you can get the following medical colleges at this score, based on previous year's cut off-
Subharti Medical College
Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences
Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Chittoor
SDU Medical College, Kolar
SRM Medical College, Chennai
JSS Medical College, Mysore
Please note that the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.
You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-

Hope it helps!
Hello student!
You scored a decent marks. But it's tough to get government medical college in Tamil Nadu. As previous year all India cut off for Tamil Nadu was 590+ and state cut off was 535+. However, you can get other medical fields like bams, bhms etc. Or any other private colleges. But you have a chance of getting government BDS college.
