530 marks with AIR 11977, is there any chance of getting Govt college in AIQ.

According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less of admission to government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota if you belong to General Category.
You can try for admission to under your state counselling.

You can definitely get a college by 15% all India quota with those rank and marks
But you would definitely make your mark better if you aware 85% state quota with those rank and marks because the better colleges which usually people of for availing the 15% all India quota will be out of your grasp
My advice would be try and get a good government medical colleges possible in your state availing the 85% state quota sense your ranks don't allow you the leisure of getting into a better Government Medical College in some other or your home state at present
