Hey Rudra!
The cutoffs and the college you can get , are different for different colleges and exams. You have not mentioned the name of exam , but only percentile .
I request you to mention the name of exam. Well , most of the exams have cutoffs of 50th percentile , and chances to get a college with 55 percentile are usually very less.
