Dear Student,
Delhi is the capital of our nation. Thus it is better to expect high cutoffs in Delhi and also based on the data of Cutoffs of NEET 2018, your marks are between moderate and high in DELHI.
As you have
not mentioned your category,
I consider that you belong to
general
but if you are SC or ST, You can still hope as there becomes a better chance for you to get admission in Delhi but
General and OBC can not cut it.
Thus you can try Government Seat in Semi-government colleges in Delhi or you can try GOvernment colleges of other states which have lower cutoffs.
As SC and ST students have a great chance with your marks in Delhi but as for your refernece, I am Mentioning The cutoffs 2018 for General and OBC in Delhi government Colleges:
1. Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi: 662, 644
2. Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi: 633, 615
3. University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi: 645, 630
4. VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi: 652, 630
5. Dr.B.S.A Medical College, Delhi: 614, 594
6. NDMC Medical College, Delhi: 612, 603
Although your Marks are considered b
etween moderate and high,
you can observe that the
competition is huge in Delhi.
thus do not lose hope and try my suggestions and keep Moving forward.
NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!

Dear Monika,
Since you have not mentioned your domicile state and your category, I am assuming it be general category of the state Delhi. According to your score you have a chance of getting following colleges since their cut off was below 577 for previous year
North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi :562
Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi : 568
Please keep in mind that each year cut off fluctuates and your score is very close to the cut off so you may face some difficulties.
If you belong to any other category from Delhi then you have fair chance
If you don't belong to Delhi then I would say that you have nil to no chance.
