Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have less chances of getting any government medical colleges in UP under state quota as the cut-off goes above 605 even for OBC quota but you can definitely go for some good private colleges for MBBS according to previous year's cut-off. Also you can go for some government colleges through AIQ in other parts of the country.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
@State quota
Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly
School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida
Subharti Medical College, Meerut
Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
@All India Quota
Siddartha Medical College, Vijayawada
Government Medical College, Rajnandgaon
Pataliputra Medical College, Dhanbad
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the links given below :-
