You haven't mentioned your Category. Based on this rank and according to previous years cut offs, you may have decent chances for Paediatrics courses in :
BLDE University
Chettinad Academy
VMKV Medical College
Vinayaka Missions Medical College
Sree Balaji Medical College.
Now these Colleges are not in Punjab and Rajasthan because with this rank, it might be tad difficult in these 2 States. For predicting your college and specialisations, please check:
