Since you are getting 620 marks in NEET 2020,and this year cutoff of 85% state quota seat will be around 550-590 so there are very fair chances that you will get a seat in SMS medical college, Jaipur or JLN Medical college, Ajmer or whatever college you want, not only in Rajasthan but you can also get AIQ seat in other states as well if cutoff will lie around 550-600. Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Rajasthan according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks you have good chances of getting top GMCs of Rajasthan according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get the enlisted colleges :-

  • Government Medical College, Barmer
  • JawaharLal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, this answer will be written in perspective of General Category because usually General Category has the highest cut offs. With a score of 620, you do have fair chances in:

  • RNT Medical College
  • GMC, Barmar
  • GMC Bharatpur
  • GMC Dungarpur
  • Ajmer Medical College
  • Jhalwar Medical College

Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
