624 rank in jcece. I belong to bihar.I don't have domicile of jharkhand. But I have done my 12th from bokaro. Would counseling be affected?

It would have been good if you would have domicile of jharkhand and there is no relation of councelling with respect to where you have done your 12th.
Chances are less that you councelling would be affected and apart from that your impressive rank will later confirm of any obstacle for councelling.
