To get into any good PSUs in Electrical department you need to have a good marks. But as you said that you belong to reserve category you have a fairly decent chance to get into a good PSU. But you have to consider two things before looking previous year cut-off that is the no. Of candidates applying for that post and the level of examination of GATE. Which may vary every year.
