Hello aspirant,
You have less chances of getting in NIT and IIts but we cannot predict it because the actual cut off is not yet declared by NTA government it will be declared on April 2019. Because this year JEE Mains is conducted twice. After that the actual cut off will be released.

Your approximate predicted rank will be around 3 lakhs.

For this rank you have no chances of getting the seat in NIT or IIITs.

Not to worry you will be having one more chance in April. I request you to improve your percentile in the exam so that you will be having chances to get seat in NIT or IIITS.

Hello Dear

Till now the official cuttoff has not been released by the NTA authorities which is going to be declare after the completion of the JEE mains April session as well as per the analysis made by the team of experts according to them those aspirants who are having the score of having more than the 95+ percentile has the greater chances to take over these top level government institutions and since you are from the OBC category so it might can vary depending upon the variation in the category wise cuttoff. So you have to wait until the cuttoff will be release.
