You have less chances of getting in NIT and IIts but we cannot predict it because the actual cut off is not yet declared by NTA government it will be declared on April 2019. Because this year JEE Mains is conducted twice. After that the actual cut off will be released.

Till now the official cuttoff has not been released by the NTA authorities which is going to be declare after the completion of the JEE mains April session as well as per the analysis made by the team of experts according to them those aspirants who are having the score of having more than the 95+ percentile has the greater chances to take over these top level government institutions and since you are from the OBC category so it might can vary depending upon the variation in the category wise cuttoff. So you have to wait until the cuttoff will be release.
