6th Sem(B.Tech CE). I have checked few of the IITs PhD eligibility criteria: 75% b.tech + Valid Gate Score. Hard to get 75%, although can get 70% in b.tech. Also, my gate preparation is decent i.e. I will easily score the cut off. Which iits/nits Phd eligibility criteria: 70% b.tech + Gate score?

Hello student IIT Delhi has eligibility criteria of 70% marks or 7.5cgpa out of 10 point scale for admission into full time PhD course. Also candidates have to appear and clear the GATE Entrance Examination.

Gate eligibility - Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Masters degree in any relevant science subject.
