First of all there's was no minimum percentage requirement for jee main. 75 % for general category was mandatory only for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs.
But this year i. e 2022 even this 75 % barrier for NITs is not there . And also for jee advanced 2022

-------------------------) There is no age limit to be eligible
-------------------------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main for BE /Btech.
But yes,
To be eligible for BE/BTech in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category or needs to be in top 20 percentile of their board examination.
IMPORTANT NOTE :- This minimum percentage barrier of 75 % - 65% for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs is not there for jee main 2022 . It means to be eligible all you need to be eligible is to have at least passed 12th .

JEE advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
---------------------) Qualification required :- One needs to pass 10+2/ or equivalent with the following 5 subjects:-

Those appearing for 10+2/equivalent are also eligible.
---------------------) Minimum marks in 12th /equivalent :- you need to pass your class 12th with at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.

----------------------) 12th /equivalent passing year :- You can give JEE advanced examination for the maximum of consecutive 2 years starting from the year of appearing for your 12th examination i. e to be eligible for JEE advanced 2022 your 12th board examination appearing year should be either 2022 or 2021

Considering pandemic, there's one time measure for students who had passed 12th in 2021 & 2020.

For 2021 passed :- Those 2021 passed students who had qualified jee main 2021 and had registered for jee advanced 2021 but couldn't appear in the examination are directly eligible for jee advanced 2022 without appearing in jee main 2022.

For 2020 passed :- 2020 12th passed students are also eligible for jee advanced 2022 after qualifying jee main 2022 provided they have appeared in only one of 2020 or 2021 jee advanced or none of them.

-----------------------) There is upper age limit, according to which to be eligible for jee advanced 2022, you should be born on or after 1st October 1997. There is 5 years of age relaxation for SC, ST and PwD so candidates of SC/ST /PWD needs to be born on or after October 1, 1992.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that the decision on the cancellation of 75 per cent marks in class 12 for JEE Mains 2022 will be taken by the Education Ministry. It is likely that the criteria will be waived off for this year considering the COVID.
As per the previous year's JEE Main eligibility criteria, 75% criteria is removed for NIT and IIIT admissions . NTA will release the JEE Main 2022 eligibility criteria along with the official notification at jeemain.nta.nic.in
