For example,
If your goal is to clear JEE main qualifying cutoff in order to be eligible for JEE advanced then yes 75 percentile is a decent score being from OBC category.

if your goal is to get into good government colleges like NITs, then no 75 percentile is not good score. To get a seat in NIT you should get at least around 95 percentile being from OBC.
