Well ,there are fair chances that you will get in to a good college but to get admission in the best colleges usually require a board percentage between 85% to 95% and also you can clear NATA with good marks to get one of the best college for architecture but I would say that do not worry about getting admissions into a one of the best  college because I can very well tell that it does not have that much affect on your career if u don't get admissions in one of the best  college.you can try for more good colleges . since it all depends on you, how seriously you take your career and do whatever comes in front of you with full passion and dedication.
