Yes, the 8th cut off 2019 will include general category along with many other reserved categories like ST, SC, OBC, Kashmiri Migrants etc, however not a lot of seats will be available for many courses so keep that in mind.

Till the 8th cut off is officially announced you can check out their previous year cut offs to get an idea about what to expect in in 8th cut off. Also check out their official website for to know about admission process, documents required etc.

No 8th cutoff will be for all students including general although it depends on the seats filled, there might be no seats left in many of the courses.
