As you have scored 80 percentile in JEE, your rank will be around 210000. With this rank if you belong to general category then it is impossible for you to get a seat in HBTU.

Getting a seat will depend on various factors such as number of students applied for the same branch, performance of the students, category of the students, home state etc.
