If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced
But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly

Hello Ajay,
According to your percentile your rank will be around 150000 and with OBC. category you might have a chance to get into NIT but you'll get lower rank NIT with this percentile. But it totally depends upon the final merit list which will come around April. It also depends upon which branch you're interested in different branches have different cutoff as well . So, I will suggest you to first make a priority which branch of engineering you wants to study because that is a most vital things as you'll be studying this for four years and have to work in that field thereafter.
I am providing you the link of the rank predictor as well as the link where you'll get cutoff of different branches of different NITs that will help you decide where you wants to go . Also do prepare for the next exam might happen you'll get higher percentile which will help you to get into good NIT
