You have not mentioned your category. The cut off is different for each category. Assuming that you belong to general category here is the cut off in 2020 JoSAA round 6 counselling under Goa state quota in National Institute of Technology, Goa

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 50197
- Electronics and Communication Engineering: 39490
- Mechanical Engineering: 92630
Considering the cut off for Mechanical Engineering you do not have chances of getting seat in Mechanical Engineering or any other branch in NIT, Goa. The cut off may increase or decrease in 2021 based on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
