90 percentile means how many marks (approximately) in mht-cet for PCM?
Hello Aspirant,
The percentile in an exam can be estimated only based on the top score secured in the exam and the number of candidates writing the exam. It changes every year and is also indirectly decided by the difficulty level of the question paper,as it will eventually affect the overall results. The formula for MHT CET Percentile Score = 100 * (Number of candidates in the exam with normalized marks ≤ the candidate) ÷ Total number of candidates in the exam. But based on previous year cutoff trends you try to score minimum 100+ marks to reach 90 percentile. This may vary a little.Always aim for 30 to 40 marks above the targeted marks to be safe. For top top private/ government colleges the rank should be below 40,000.
