Students who have graduated or appearing final year of graduation are eligible to apply for CAT.

CAT exam has no other weightage of background academic.

However, for top Bschool your work experience, background academic is definitely considered.

according to me , you have good academic background so it is good for cat but if you wanna admission in top colleges of MBA so you have to work hard to get good percentile because there is tough competition between students,
