Dear Devesh, the minimum eligibilty criteria to apply for SJMSOM is that you should have a minimum aggregate of 60% in your Graduation if you belong to General Category. It is 55% for Reserved Categories and PWD. With 60% in your Graduation, you make it to meeting the eligibility criteria. And now to shortlist you, for their admission programme, thy have sectional weightage for CAT. It is as follows:

General Category: 90 80 80 80

ST: 60 53.33 53.33 53.33
PWD 60 53.33 53.33 53.33
Now your CAT percentage is also calculated along with other criteria before shortlisting you for WAT and PI rounds. In 2018, it went as:
CAT Performance: 80%
