Hope you are doing good,percentile you mentioned will generally have general rank around 65000-70000 and obc rank around 19000-20000. So by this rank you have less chance to get any NIT,but if you have any state quota then you can have a great chance. If you had obtained obc rank below 12000 then there would chance. hence JEE is conducted twice a year then you can give it a another chance so that you can improve it well. Great going study hard.
