As per my sources admission in vnr, vignanajyothi is done on the basis of rank of TS-EAMCET . I suggest you to through the college website once to get a detailed information regarding the admission process . You can easily get a seat in cse  in your state government college , since your rank is quite good .

Mode of admission in VNR Vignana Jyothi College of engineering and technology :
1. Admissions for EAMCET seats (70% seats) are done on the basis of rank in TS-EAMCET through TS-EAMCET Counselling.
2. Admissions for Category-B seats (30% seats) are done on the basis of JEE Main rank followed by TS-EAMCET rank followed by marks in class 12th exam through Institutional Counselling.

You have somewhat low chances of getting cse with your score. Although you can get other branches in the above mentioned college.
