You have good chances as your percentile is decent enough.  Predicted rank formula :- (100- percentile *869010)/100.
You can apply for low ranked NIT campus like mizoram, raipur , Sikkim, arunanchal Pradesh.
Apply in general category as NITs accept uptp 2 lakh rank for different streams.
One more session of jee main  is pending so there is high chance of change in rank as number of candidates appeared will change. You can also apply for state government college in your native state using home state quota.
