According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your expected rank would be near about 45,000 and your category rank would be in the range of 10,000-15,000. On the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get top NITs even with your reservation category as per previous year's cut-offs. But yes on the basis of this percentile you might get qualified for JEE-Advance because last year the cut-off for OBC category was around 74 percentile.
