RVCE is one of the top colleges in Bangalore and CSE is one of the most popular branch in this college. Since you have not mentioned the name of the exam in which you got 9950 rank, I am assuming it was either KCET or COMEDK. Previous year cut-off for CSE in RVCE was 158 for KCET (at the end of round 2) and 355 for COMEDK (at the end of round 3). So with your rank, it's not likely that you will get a seat there.
