Solution : One day work of A = $\frac{1}{7}$
One day work of B = $\frac{1}{10}$
One day work of A and B = $\frac{1}{7}+\frac{1}{10}$
= $\frac{10+7}{70}$
= $\frac{17}{70}$
Both A and B can complete the work in $\frac{70}{17}$ days.
Hence, the correct answer is $\frac{70}{17}$ days.
