The accelerating force F is the weight force's component of m*g*sin(angle) minus friction force of mu*m*g*cos(angle). The mu is the friction coeff.

m*g*sin(angle) - mu*m*g*cos(angle) = m*a


So the friction force is Ffr = mgsin(angle) - ma


Ffr = mgsin(angle) - ma = m(gsin(angle)-a))


Ffr = .5*(9.8*0.5–3} = 1.9/2 = 0.95 [N]
