Correct Answer: 10.8 km/hr

Solution : Average speed = $\frac{total \;distance}{total \;time}$
Average speed = $\frac{10+12}{\frac{10}{12}+ \frac{12}{10}} = \frac{22}{244}\times 120 $
= 10.8 km/hr
Hence, the correct answer is 10.8 km/hr.
