Yes, a B.Sc Zoology student is eligible for writing IIT JAM exam. To apply for Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences at IISc Bangalore, she'd have to sit for the Biological Sciences paper which states that one must have read Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics subjects at graduation level and Biology in class 12th.
