Hello there!

Greetings!

You haven't completed your question but as far ss I understood , you want to know the average speed.

Now,For 1st Km , speed  is 60 km/hr and distance is1 km, then

Time = distance/speed = 1/60 Km/hr

For next 1 Km, speed is 40 km/hr and distance is 1 km,

so Time

= distance/speed = 1/40 Km/hr

Now, we know that,

Average Speed =Total Distance / Total Time

= (1 + 1) / (1/60 + 1/40)

= 2 × 2400/100

= 48 Km/hr

Hence ,the average speed of the car is 48 Km/hr

Thankyou
