Solution : Given: The work can be completed in 20 days by 69 workers.
Let the more workers be $x$.
According to the question:
${M_1×D_1}$ = ${M_2×D_2}$, where $M_1, M_2$ are number of men and $D_1, D_2$ are number of days.
⇒ ${69×20}$ = ${(69+x)×12}$
⇒ $1380 = 828+12x$
⇒ $12x = 552$
⇒ $x = 46$
Hence, the correct answer is 46 workers.
