A distance learning M.Phil chemistry from VMU in 2007- 2008 is valid or not.

M.phil is a degree in middle of masters and phd it is the highest level of Masters qualification involving an even more substantial research project than would be required by a taught Masters degree.back in 2006 distance MPhil is not allowed by UGC in distance learning. If you have done it in 2008 it is not valid.
