Yes, it is not difficult for a doctor to earn 50 lakh/ month .
See a doctor also has too start with low salary then with time and experience he is able to earn more. In the beginning in Internship they start earning 50,000/ month. Then after completing Internship it depends whether they go for jobs in government hospitals/ private hospitals it start practicing in their own clinics. They freshly start with Minimum 10,000/ day ie 3 lakh per month. With experience and with time they are paid hourly . They are paid in thousands per hour, practising in 2-3 hospitals. In this way their salary goes Minimum 25 lakh / month.
There are surgeons who have their own hospitals and visit to other government and private hospitals 2 days/ week. Heart surgeons , diabetic surgeons ( there are special diabetes doctors for foot surgery.) You won't imagine how much they earn. They can earn 50-60 lakh per month very easily.

Honestly speaking. This is not the case. 50 lac per month is too much to speak of. Maybe the top 1% might make that amount of money but as a MBBS student, what i see is that doctors in paraclinical branch earn around 1 lac per month (+/- 25k). Where as clinical branches can be variable but can not cross 8 lacs per month. Maybe in super speciality you might just touch the 15 lac per month mark but no way you're making 50 lac per month as an average doctor.
