Hi Anvaya,
Class 10th marks get some weightage in the final merit list for admission at most of the IIMs and top B-schools. However, it won't have much impact on your admission. Perform well in class 12th and graduation as minimum 50% marks in graduation are required to apply for CAT. The four factors which matter the most are - CAT score/percentile + Writing test (WAT) + GD + PI. To appear for WAT, GD and PI, you need to qualify the cutoff criterion of IIMs. The cutoff marks are different for different IIMs. Check the links below to know all about CAT cutoff and selection process.

Selection Procedure at IIMs
Hope that's helpful. All the best.
Hello dear,
IIMs take admission on following basis:
1) common admission test (CAT)
2) written ability test (wat) and personal interview (PI)
the candidates who clear cat are called for wat and pi. The admission criteria differs from IIM to IIM. Most of IIMs take into account the cat score and pi. Also past work experiece, academic qualifications matters alot.
However, if you perform good in class 12th and get a great percentile in cat, you do have a chance to get admission in IIM.
All the best
