Correct Answer: Rs. 5,000

Solution : A receives 20% of the total profit for managing the business.
A gets 20% of Rs. 10,000 = Rs. 2,000
The remaining profit = Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 2,000 = Rs. 8,000
This remaining profit is divided in proportion to their capital.
The total capital invested = Rs. 30,000 + 50,000 = Rs. 80,000
So, B's share of the remaining profit = $\frac{50,000}{80,000}$ × 8,000 = Rs. 5,000
Hence, the correct answer is Rs. 5,000.
